Terms:
WorkWorm facilitates customer introductions under the following conditions:
Commission payments are applicable for all customer referrals by WorkWorm upon successful conversion unless the Operator provides a satisfactory independent referral explanation within 48 hours.
Commission is set at 10% of the fully inclusive fee paid by the customer to the Operator during the initial 12 months of occupancy, unless alternative fees are pre-arranged.
Commission becomes due upon the Operator’s receipt of a signed agreement from the customer. For freehold or long leasehold purchases, fees amount to 2% of the purchase price plus VAT, unless otherwise agreed.
The Operator commits to notifying WorkWorm via email or call within 3 working days upon the completion of a deal.
Fee adjustments during the agreement term require the Operator to inform WorkWorm in writing for necessary invoice adjustments.
Commission payments are expected within 15 days of the invoice’s due date. Failure to comply permits WorkWorm to impose a 3% interest rate.
Referrals from Business Pluss are exclusively for the Operator’s use. Sharing referral information with third parties without prior approval from WorkWorm is strictly prohibited.
In cases of multiple agents sending leads, the agent organizing the viewing claims the commission. If no viewing is arranged, the first agent making the referral is entitled to the commission.
Termination of Agreement:
Either party can terminate this agreement immediately through written notice. Post-termination, if a customer introduced by WorkWorm generates a fee, the previously agreed-upon conditions remain applicable.
Change of Ownership/Insolvency:
In cases of sale or insolvency, commissions as outlined in these terms become due and payable. The Operator must communicate any ownership changes in writing to WorkWorm, ensuring that new owners acknowledge commission payment obligations. If subsequent owners decline covering remaining commission obligations, the vendor is held responsible for these payments.
